ABOUT THE EVENT

Municipal Theater of Piraeus, Sunday, June 4. Where energy meets the passion and adrenaline of top long jump athletes. Where the elements of sea and air become one with history, at Piraeus Street Long Jump. The Municipality of Piraeus and the Hellenic Athletics Association (SEGAS) join forces for the top long jump street event.

The new high-level event is expected to be attended by great athletes from Greece and abroad with the world’s top jumper, Olympic Gold Medalist and World Long Jump Champion Miltos Tentoglou, having already confirmed his participation in his first outdoor track and field competition in Greece. Piraeus Street Long Jump has already joined the World Athletics Continental Tour series in the Silver category and will host both the Men’s and Women’s long jump, with the iconic Piraeus Municipal Theater being the main attraction for people of all ages.

The event has been included in the panorama of events “Sea Days 2023” of the Municipality of Piraeus and will be held with the co-organization of the Municipality of Piraeus, the Hellenic Athletics Association (SEGAS), and the Organization of Culture, Sports and Youth of the Municipality of Piraeus (OPAN).
